TJ (he/they) is a performer, choreographer, and creative originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia. A proud graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy, where he majored in Theatre, TJ is currently pursuing a BFA in Musical Theater with a minor in Commercial Dance at Pace University.
Over the past few years, TJ has performed and choreographed in productions across the U.S., bringing a dynamic and versatile presence to every stage he steps on. Most recently, he supported pre-production for the Kimberly Akimbo national tour, working alongside director Jessica Stone and choreographer Danny Mefford.
Onstage, TJ played Buttons in Newsies (directed by Richard J. Hinds) in California, and returned to the role of Romeo in another production of Newsies this past summer at The Rev in Auburn, NY.
As a creative, TJ served as Assistant Choreographer for the Off-Broadway production of Camp Rock in NYC, collaborating with Jeorgi Smith and Laura Luc. Other creative highlights include Cats, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Mukti, which premiered at Lincoln Center in 2023.
TJ is also an alum of The Verdon/Fosse Legacy’s professional training program, where he trained under the artistic direction of Nicole Fosse with mentors like Alyssa Epstein and Allen Fields. His deep appreciation for Fosse’s iconic style continues to influence his artistic work.
Before theatre took center stage, TJ was a competitive swimmer with multiple records still standing. Today, he still finds joy in simple moments with friends and family—and remains endlessly grateful to Interlochen Arts Academy and Jackie for their unwavering support and love.
